SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

- Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory.
- Delivery within the Australia will be within 3-5 working days.
- It is possible for your order to be delayed due to products arriving in our warehouse on different dates.
- Shipping/delivery is processed in one business day (Monday-Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm).
- Shipping charges will be added for heavy products such as heavy bags, weightlifting products and any item that exceeds 15kg. Farabi Sports Australia reserves the right to end or change shipping fees at any time. For all heavy items ordered, the shipping charge quoted is only an estimate. Due to the actual dimensions and/or weight of your order, the final shipping charge may change.
- Due to current Covid situation there might be a slight delay in some cases.
THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
- • Once the order is submitted it is placed on hold for further review. You will be contacted via email or number given with the shipping charges and to confirm the recipient is aware that there will be customs and duties due on delivery. This is a charge imposed by your country and this charge is not included in the total price provided by Farabi Sports.
- • Your approval is mandatory for the order to be processed and shipped.
- • Please note that for any international order shipped to a freight forwarder in the Australia, the order must be paid via PayPal with a verified account. We cannot accept any order shipped to a freight forwarder paid by credit card
- We know you will be happy with your purchase. But in case you are not, our Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy allows you to return your order within 30 days in order to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
- An item may be returned for credit, refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if it’s in new, resaleable condition. It doesn’t include mouth guards, boxing rings, ring mat covers or ring padding.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of the products. Use of products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured nullifies the warranty.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible (i.e. dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc).
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- Perhaps the size is a little off or the model just isn't right for you we will send you a replacement
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Be advised that if you are returning an uncompromised product, we will deduct the flat rate shipping fees from your refund.
