I bought these for our nearly 4yr old. His hands are still a little small, but the thumb does go in to place nicely so they are perfect and he will have room to grow. We liked these as they protect him from hitting the bag incorrectly. These are 2oz and he loves them. After a few goes he was able to put them on and off himself.
